New App Makes Waiting in Line At Disney World Suck Less

[MobilePRwire] – A former Disney designer has created a new set of iOS apps that makes waiting in line at Disney World and Disneyland more fun.

One part guide book and one part real life game of hide and seek, While You Wait is a photo scavenger hunt that keeps you and the kids busy and rewards you both with fascinating information about the history of the land or the attraction.

While You Wait features close-up images of various props and décor you might find while waiting in line at each of the attractions. Once you find the item you’ll receive points and a fun, little known fact. With hundreds of images and facts for dozens of attractions, the apps provide hours of entertainment during the most bittersweet period of a theme park outing.

Even if you’re not stuck waiting in line, a “Park Wide” scavenger hunt feature will send you on a quest to hunt down people wearing fanny packs, street performers and families in matching outfits along with over 30 other mini missions!

In addition, the While You Wait apps’ map will help you find nearby attractions, restrooms and even integrates Yelp reviews to help you choose a new favorite restaurant.
